Shipping Information:

Standard shipping charges are determined by order value. Processing charges are included in the shipping cost, which takes into account the expense of processing your order, handling and packaging the item(s) you have purchase, delivery transportation and other related operating cost. Below is a breakdown of our standard shipping rates. We only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to PO boxes.

We do not ship items purchased from this website to Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Wake Island, Navassa Island, Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, District of Columbia, Federated States Of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau and outside of the USA.

Standard shipping orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in Southern California by FEDEX Ground. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5.00P.M. PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next normal business day.

We do not ship items purchased from this website to any destination outside of the United States.

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping is applied to orders with an order total equaling or exceeding $30.00. All orders, which qualify for free shipping are sent by FedEx Ground. Please note: Using a discount coupon could make the order total fall below $30.00, which will negate the free shipping offer and add the standard shipping charge to the order.

You will not be billed for items purchased until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with an alternate form of payment (Gift Card, E-Gift Card, Debit / Bank Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit) immediately upon order confirmation.

Return Policy:

The following return policy applies to all online orders purchased from the website:

  • All item returns must include the packing slip which includes the online order number.
  • New or unused items in the original packing will be refunded the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. The cost of returning the item will be incurred by the customer.
  • Defective items will be replaced at no charge to the consumer.
  • Free promotional items or gifts with purchase items may be returned, however, no refund or exchanges will be given. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@bradshawhome.com

Warranty:

Your Mr. Clean product is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with all requirements outlined in the product insert and/or packaging If a product fails within this period, don't hesitate to contact Consumer Service at consumerservice@bradshawhome.com or 800-493-2205. Your product will be replaced with the same product (or an equivalent) at no charge. Proof of purchase date is required.
Our warranty policy does not apply to replacement mopheads, refill pads, cloths, sponges, and gloves. These items, if found defective, will only be replaced within 90 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase date is required.
